We have a strong mentor system in place – each mentor is responsible for Sampoornatha (life skills) classes and closely supports a small group of students. For every five sections, there is one dedicated mentor who regularly observes and guides each child’s academic progress, emotional growth, and behaviour.

These observations, along with inputs from teachers and parents, are recorded every month on our Panorama Sheets, which are displayed in the classroom. This ensures transparency, consistent tracking, and a shared understanding of the child’s development. It also helps us intervene early, celebrate progress, and support children in making thoughtful and responsible choices.
